ORDERS PLACED BY 2PM EST WILL BE PACKED & SHIPPED FROM OUR STORE THE SAME BUSINESS DAY.

When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us due to an incorrect shipping address, you will be issued a refund for the product less the 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.



In the case that your package is lost or damaged in transit, customers are responsible to file the claim with the mail carrier.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES AFTER IT IS DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED WITH ORDER.
 




Business Day Orders Before 2pm 
For Example if an order is placed Monday, 3PM EST, we will pack your item on Monday and ship it that same day by 2PM EST.

 


Business day Orders After 2pm
For Example if an order is placed Monday between 2:00PM - 8:00PM EST, we will pack your item Monday and ship it first thing in the morning Tuesday!

 


Weekend Orders
If you place an order before 2PM EST on Saturday it is possible for items to be shipped same day(not guaranteed). If you place an order and it falls after 2PM EST Saturday we will ship your item first thing in the morning on Monday.


Free Shipping
All orders over $50 with a shipping address with in the continental United States are eligible for free shipping. 

 


Most orders are shipped via USPS; however, not guaranteed. Depending on items purchased, UPS will be used to ship your order. UPS may reflect different delivery time frame based on weight of package and destination.

 


We ship most items via U. S. Priority Mail which is normally 2-3 business day service.  However, if your package is delayed we have no control over the United States Postal Service.  We do put delivery tracking and confirmation on your package at no extra charge to you to assist in locating your package should it be delayed. 

You will get an e-mail notice when your package ships out with the ship date and your delivery tracking code off your shipping label so you may track your inbound package. It may take time for the information to post to the U S Postal Service website.
