Beauty2Go LLC – Local Delivery Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with Beauty2Go LLC, you agree to the following terms regarding local delivery:
1. Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility
- All deliveries are made using [Uber Courier / Door Dash/ In-House Delivery], and tracking information will be provided when applicable.
- Once the delivery has been confirmed through photo proof, GPS tracking, customer signature, or PIN verification, Beauty2Go LLC is no longer responsible for the package.
2. Lost or Stolen Packages
- If the package is marked as delivered but is lost or stolen, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier or local authorities.
- Beauty2Go LLC does not issue refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered.
3. Chargeback Policy
- Submitting a chargeback for an order that has been successfully delivered is considered fraud.
- All disputes will be challenged with delivery confirmation details, including GPS tracking, signature/PIN confirmation, and proof of customer agreement to these terms at checkout.
- Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks will be banned from future purchases.
4. Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. If an order is delivered to the wrong address due to an error on the customer's part, Beauty2Go LLC cannot offer a refund or replacement.
- If you have special delivery instructions (e.g., leave with a doorman or neighbor), please provide them at checkout.
